Music Video – Devil Woman

We were sitting in Nandos one evening after a recording session for our last album, Present, discussing a few potential cover versions we could do for fun. As you know, we ended up doing REM’s ‘Wolves Lower’ and Sparks’s “Popularity”. We then wondered how we could move from the sublime to the ridiculous and somehow the idea of doing a Cliff Richard song in the style of ‘Sister Ray’ (by the Velvet Underground) was floated – if you sit in a Nandos booth long enough, eventually the corpses of your silliest ideas will float by!
